Hairdressing Evening Class Scores Jobs for New Graduates
“I loved the course. Absolutely loved it. It meant I could look after my children, work part-time AND qualify as a hairdresser.”
Susan McAllister has just started work in one of Angus’s top hair salons, Merchants in Forfar. She is one of the first graduates from Angus College’s evening class for NC Hairdressing. As Susan says, it’s a lifeline for many potential hairdressers who simply aren’t free to study during the day.
Course lecturer Mary Meikle says “It is amazing that willingness, perseverance and commitment, over two evenings a week can have such life changing effects ! This course has been really successful for all those people who struggle to fit studying in during their working day.”
