Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a webmail service of Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 and later, originally called Exchange Web Connect (EWC).
OWA is used to access e-mail, calendars, contacts, tasks and other mailbox contents when not having access to Outlook. Microsoft provides Outlook Web Access as part of Exchange Server to allow users to connect remotely via a Web browser.
Conveniently access all our services in one place.
This includes Angus College VLE and Webmail.
Access to Central requires a staff account.
Not all services contained within Central are accessible from outwith the college network.
A Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows you to access internal College facilities, such as the intranet or your file server space, from outside the College. These are not normally accessible over the internet. The VPN creates a secure, encrypted, point-to-point connection between your computer and the College network. In many (but not all) ways it allows your home computer to operate as if it were part of the College network. You will need to have an internet account with an ISP already set up.
