HND Engineering Systems - Day Release

Who is this course aimed at?

Aimed at individuals currently employed within an engineering company and looking to upgrade existing qualifications.

What entry requirements will I need?

This course is the continuation of HNC Engineering Systems, although progression from HNC Engineering Practice or HNC Mechanical Engineering can also be considered.

How and where will I study?

A unique mixture of day release and distance learning allow the candidate to complete an HND one day a week, in just two years through day release. Start Date: w/c 26 August 2013.

Price: £2200 (based on session 12/13 prices. 13/14 pricing to be confirmed).

What will I study on this course?

SCQF Level 7

Continuing the ‘systems approach’ to engineering problems this course provides a thorough understanding of the relevant electrical, electronic, mechanical and renewable technology of various engineering systems utilised within the engineering and energy sectors. Topics studied include; Thermofluids, Dynamics, Renewable Energy Systems and Principles of Safe Engineering Systems.
