PDA Office Administration delivers essential skills and knowledge needed for a range of administrative roles.

Some basic experience in using MS Office software.

The qualification will be online distance learning (approximately 90 hours) and you can begin this course at any point.

Price: £585 (based on session 12/13 price. 13/14 pricing to be confirmed).

What will I study on this course?

SCQF Level 7

The award consists of four units with 32 SCQF credit points and aims to develop: Office Administration; Office Technologies; Communication – Analysing and Presenting Complex Communication; and Personal Development Planning. To achieve the PDA Information Technology award, candidates must successfully complete all four units.
