With some, you can study at home, in your own time, completely online, with others, there is the option to undertake some online work whilst attending College in small chunks.

Do you want to get a better job? Do you want to improve your qualifications?The HNC Management might be the course for you.
The HNC Management is for people who wish to become a supervisor, team leader or manager, or advance their career to a higher level. It is for people currently working in local authorities, shops, offices, call centres – indeed in any organisation.
It covers topics such as leadership, coaching and training others, motivating employees, managing change. It is run on a flexible learning basis – learn in your own time, at your own pace, at home with a coffee in your hand! You can start the course at any time.
